Most of what is in the product started as something a client desk needed and nobody had built yet: the cold-spot signal, the shared task list, the import that does not lose half your columns. He works on the platform daily, so a bug reported in the morning is usually a deploy by the afternoon.
Reyhan founded RecruiterGTM and decides where Pulse goes next. He sits with agencies on their real pipelines, which is where the roadmap actually comes from: the things recruiters do by hand every week are the things Pulse is built to remove. If you start a pilot, he is who walks your desk through it.
